From the first sketch to the final cut, every piece is thoughtfully designed and made by hand. We believe in the magic of the small details, and there's something special about knowing your party goods were created with care and creativity in the heart of NYC!

Do you take returns? 

Because most of our products are custom-made just for you, we’re not able to accept returns at this time. For our non-custom items, we provide detailed descriptions and photos so you know exactly what to expect. If there’s ever an issue with your order, though, please reach out—we want you to love everything you receive from us!

What is the shipping timeline for items listed on the website?
At Brownie Points Paper, all items are made to order with care and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality. Production typically takes 5–10 business days before shipping. If you need your order by a specific date that falls outside this timeframe, please don’t hesitate to reach out to grace@browniepointspaper.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Thank you for your patience as we create something truly special just for you!

How should I care for my Brownie Points Paper products? 

At Brownie Points Paper, we prioritize exceptional quality and rich vibrant design. To achieve this level of detail and color saturation, all of our products are printed using high-quality ink. As a result, these items are not water-resistant and may become damaged or cause staining if they come into contact with moisture. Please handle with care and avoid exposure to water. If you'd like to preserve your items for repeated use, we recommend storing them between the pages of a heavy book, such as a coffee table book, to help maintain their flatness over time. While not essential, this simple step can help keep your pieces looking their best.
